FOR BEST GOAL DIFFERENCE

The prize "For the best goal difference" was established by the editors of the Ukrainian magazine "Start" in 1966. It was awarded to the team that achieved the best difference between goals scored and conceded in the USSR Football Championship. In the entire history of the awarding of the prize, it was awarded to a team not from the Major League only once - in 1968, to the Lviv Karpaty code.

The team Ararat (Yerevan) with Alexander Mirzoyan in 1976 (spring) received the Prize "For the best goal difference".
